The concept of automation extends the possibilities of organisation of work processes, with automation solutions that can be easily sized in accordance with requirements. Loading and unloading devices make it possible to load and handle metal sheets with ease, including very heavy blank parts.
The loading process is automated by transferring the blanks to the machine pallet changer by means of suction cup handling systems.
The finished part is unloaded by means of forks that remove the finished part and the scrap skeleton from the machine and stack them in a specifically designated finished parts station.
The use of an automation solution makes it possible to proceed with unmanned production for hours at a time (e.g. in a second shift).
A comprehensive and fully expanded automation solution envisages connection of the machine tool to a magazine. This solution forms the basis for a fully automated production system. The blank metal sheets are delivered to the machine tool from the magazine on individual pallets or in the form of a stack. The finished parts are returned to the finished parts magazine either on pallets or stacked.
